Sekolah Menengah Kebangsaan Agama Tok Bachok or its short name Sekolah Menengah Kebangsaan (A) Tok Bachok English: Tok Bachok Islamic Secondary School) is a Sekolah Menengah Kebangsaan Agama located in Kelantan Darul Naim. This school is the first National Religious Secondary School (SMKA) established in Bachok District. In addition, Sekolah Menengah Kebangsaan Agama Tok Bachok has been a Ulul Albab Model Tahfiz School (TMUA) since 2015 where students will undergo the Tahfiz program throughout the 5 years of study, which this program will be integrated with their academics. With the status of 'SMKA Tahfiz Model Ulul Albab', Tok Bachok National Religious Secondary School aims to produce young and proactive al-huffaz students with excellent and very good co-curricular and academic results.
