Overview

The location is located near the intersection of the Kuantan-Muadzam shah highway, Temerloh main road to the East Coast with east N. Sembilan. This new Kariah was created due to the rapid growth of the population which is 90% Muslim. Before the establishment of this mosque a residential garden surau had been given the permission of Friday prayers. The mosque is located in Bandar Seri Jempol city, and on the main road leading to Bandar Seri Jempol. Tuanku Muhriz Mosque was built in 2003 which was founded by YB Dato' Lilah Bin Yasin and local residents. The mosque was first repaired and upgraded in 2009. In 2011 DYMM Yang Dipertuan Besar Negeri Sembilan was willing to come and inaugurate this mosque and chose this Jempol area mosque to be named after Baginda Tuanku Muhriz.
