Overview

Tuanku Mizan Zainal Abidin Mosque was taken in conjunction with the name of His Majesty Yang di-Pertuan Agong XIII, Al-Wathiqu Billah Tuanku Mizan Zainal Abidin Ibni Al-Marhum Sultan Mahmud Al-Muktafi Billah Shah. It was first built on 5 April 2004 and was handed over to the Malaysian Islamic Development Department (Jakim) on 19 August 2009.

Tuanku Mizan Zainal Abidin Mosque is located in Precinct 3, Putrajaya opposite the Palace of Justice. The strategic and attractive location of the mosque, by the Putrajaya lake will be an attraction for domestic and foreign visitors. The sparkle and overflow of lights at night will certainly make the scenery more beautiful for visitors who want peace and tranquility.
