Saidina Ali Mosque is a parish consensus mosque. It is located in Bukit Sentosa (near Sekolah Kebangsaan Bukit Sentosa and Sekolah Menengah Kebangsaan Bukit Sentosa 2). It started construction on March 10, 2010 and was fully completed on December 23, 2014..

His Majesty the Sultan of Selangor, Sultan Sharafuddin Idris Shah Al-Haj Ibni Almarhum Sultan Salahuddin Abdul Aziz Shah Al-Haj inaugurated this mosque and agreed to name it Saidina Ali Mosque on 23 June 2016.

Saidina Ali Mosque can accommodate between 1500-1800 pilgrims at any one time.

The Saidina Ali Mosque has an area in front of it where a hall was built for the purpose of renting meetings and events, originally this building was the Surau of the Saidina Ali Mosque before it was upgraded. Next to the hall is an empty area that is used for Sacrifice and other activities.

The Saidina Ali Mosque is active with its knowledge meeting where every night a knowledge meeting is held while on the weekend it is supplemented with a morning lecture. Every Sunday night, the Majlis Ilmu and Zikir(Majlis Taalim) is held in collaboration with Darul Muhajirin led by Al-Fadhil Ustaz Mohd hazri Hashim Al-Bindany.
