Raja Nazrin Shah Mosque is a mosque located in Kampung Rapat Jaya Tambahan , Ipoh , Perak . This mosque was first built on January 9, 1996. The inauguration of this mosque was completed by His Royal Highness the Young Prince of Perak, Raja Nazrin Shah Ibni Sultan Azlan Muhibuddin Shah on 17 Safar 1419 Hijri corresponding to June 12, 1998 AD. This mosque, which covers an area of about 3 acres, has been built on land that has been specially gazetted by the Malaysian government as one of the special sites for the construction of mosques around Ipoh.
