The mosque was first built by local residents using Nibong wood around 1941. Then in 1948, the building was improved by using boards and wood. In 1966, its construction was changed by using rectangular bricks. In 1985 until now several modifications and expansions have been made.
Characterized by the construction of local Malay houses. Has two towers for the call to prayer and has a large dome on the porch of the mosque. Two small domes at the top of the main roof. Two prayer rooms are provided on the upper and lower floors.
The mosque has many facilities such as Men's and women's prayer rooms, Office, A Lecture Room, Five men's toilets and two men's bathrooms, Five women's toilets and two women's bathrooms, Hearse van, Parking lot, Path for the disabled, waqf Land.
